By using the IndieDoers marketplace, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our marketplace. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our marketplace.
We reserve the right to update and change these Terms from time to time without notice. You are responsible for checking these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the marketplace after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Use of the IndieDoers Marketplace
You may not use our marketplace for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of our marketplace, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
User Accounts
To access our platform, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your information up-to-date.
Fees and Payment
Our platform charges a fee of 20% of every subscription purchased by clients. Freelancers are responsible for setting their subscription prices. Communication and Projects
Our platform provides in-app messaging and project management tools for seamless collaboration between freelancers and clients. We encourage open communication to avoid any misunderstandings or conflicts. Freelancers are responsible for submitting work in a timely and professional manner. Clients are responsible for providing clear project requirements and feedback.
Intellectual Property
Freelancers own the intellectual property rights to their work unless otherwise specified in a project agreement. Clients are granted a license to use the work for the purpose specified in the project agreement. Any use of work outside of the specified purpose requires the explicit written permission of the freelancer.
Disputes and Refunds
In the event of a dispute between a freelancer and a client, we encourage both parties to first try to work it out directly. If an agreement cannot be reached, either party may request the involvement of our support team. Our team will review the dispute and make a fair decision based on the project scope and requirements. Refunds are issued in accordance with our refund policy.
Site Usage and Maintenance
We reserve the right to interrupt access to our marketplace for maintenance and updates, and we will use reasonable efforts to minimize any disruption caused by such interruptions. We do not guarantee that our marketplace will be error-free or that it will operate without interruptions.
IndieDoers retains the right to use all publicly published delivered works for IndieDoers marketing and promotional purposes.
Prohibited Conduct
Users of IndieDoers are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:
Taking sales outside of the platform.
Sharing personal details with the intent to engage clients or freelancers off the platform.
Engaging in or intending to take customers or payments out of the platform. This will result in a permanent ban and inability to register again.
Sharing NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content.
Using abusive language or engaging in harassment.
Defaming competing sellers by ordering from competing services to leave negative reviews.
Spamming or soliciting previous buyers or sellers to remove or modify reviews or cancel orders not aligned with IndieDoers policies.
Using IndieDoers for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
Posting or distributing any content that is offensive, harassing, threatening, or defamatory.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our marketplace or any other computer system.
Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or overburden IndieDoers or interfere with the use of IndieDoers by others.
Violations of these rules may result in termination of access to IndieDoers and other legal actions.
Buyer Responsibilities
As a buyer, you are responsible for:
Choosing services you wish to purchase on our marketplace and making payments to the seller through the IndieDoers platform.
Not offering direct payments to sellers using payment systems outside of the IndieDoers platform. Any such offers should be reported to Customer Support immediately.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to IndieDoers at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties
IndieDoers and all content and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of IndieDoers or the information, content, materials, or products included on our marketplace.
Content and Intellectual Property
All content on IndieDoers, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of IndieDoers or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Links to Other Websites
IndieDoers may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by IndieDoers.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that IndieDoers shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
Relationship Between the Parties
The relationship between IndieDoers, buyers, and sellers on our marketplace is that of independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between the parties.
Applicable Laws
These Terms and your use of our marketplace shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
