2.1 Subscription Plans — We offer monthly/annual plans that include credits used for video editing tasks. Each plan specifies the number of credits, features, and pricing.

2.2 Credits

• Credits are used to request editing services.
• Each service or task requires a defined number of credits.
• Credits may expire depending on your plan (if applicable).
• Unused credits may not be refundable.

2.3 Billing & Payments

• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay).
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions.
• Prices may change with notice.

2.4 Refunds — Refunds may be granted only at our discretion unless otherwise required by law. In general, used credits and completed work are non-refundable.

3.1 User Materials — When using our editing services, you may upload videos, images, brand assets, script notes or instructions. You retain ownership of your content.

3.2 License to Us — By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to access, edit, process, and store it, solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service.

3.3 Prohibited Content — You may not upload content that violates copyright, contains hate speech or violence, contains adult/NSFW content (if prohibited by your policy), or violates any laws. We may refuse service for such content.

4.1 Delivery Times — Turnaround times depend on plan type, complexity, and current workload. We aim to meet estimated delivery times but do not guarantee strict deadlines.

4.2 Revisions — Most plans include unlimited or limited revisions, within reason. Revision requests must be aligned with the original scope.

5.1 Edited Work — You own the final exported video once delivered and approved. We may retain archived copies for internal quality purposes.

5.2 Our Rights — Our platform, tools, workflows, and materials remain our intellectual property.

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for unlawful purposes
• Reverse-engineer or modify the platform
• Resell or sublicense the Services
• Upload harmful files or malware
• Abuse, harass, or threaten team members

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or feature changes, though we aim to minimize disruptions.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the platform
• Fail to pay subscription fees

You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not liable for losses from delays, data issues, or project outcomes.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your uploaded content
• Your violation of these Terms

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of United Kingdom.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
